Marleen DT

Hello my lovely peeps.. :-)

I wanna share a card with you all I've made for my DT post over on

This week i have free hands in what I want to so I chose the image, simply because I love it.
I coloured it in and then pretty much just stuck it to a card blank with an added backing paper.
A few gems, a sentiment and voila.. Card made...

It is one of those images, that just speaks for them selfs, and I just love that.

So with no further ado, here is my card for this week.

I Hope you all like it & THANK YOU for stopping by.

Summertime ...

Good morning!  I hope everyone had a marvelous holiday weekend here in the US.  I know my daughter was happy to go back to school today.

Ruza here with a card showcasing our FUN Cowboy Bath stamp.

I think this cowboy is so much FUN!  I went with a Summertime card, but he would be perfect for birthday cards, thinking of you, or just about any fun quirky card you can send to family and friends.

The cowboy and background were colored with Copic Markers and layered on my cardstock, and the sentiment was popped on with 3D foam squares.

As always Cowboy Bath is available in red rubber and digital, the best of both worlds.

Today's card is perfect for our Anything Goes Challenge (#3) which is going on now.  All the details about the Challenge can be found here.  I hope you'll be able to join in the FUN for a chance to win some QKR Stamps!

We would love for you to follow our Blog, and you can even get email updates right into your mailbox! I personally love that feature!

Until next time ... Enjoy!

Other products used ... Bazzill Orange, A Muse Studio French Roast and Neenah Solar White cardstock, Copic Markers, Tumbled Glass & Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink from Tim Holtz, Copic Markers, 3D Foam Squares and my trusty ATG.

Telescoping Rose

Good Saturday morning! This is Deb with my first QKR Design Team project for September.

I just love QKR Stampede images for the opportunity they provide to color. I'm Copics crazy, and I'm always looking for that quality in my stamp choices. This beauty is the Digi Roses image.

It's done in a Telescoping Image Technique that was recently featured on the Splitcoaststampers website. Basically, you stamp or print two images. Then you color them, if desired, and cut them out with four increasing larger dies - two per image.

This rose was done in Copics:
V12, 15, 17 and
G20, 21, 24

The dark base is Stampin Up cardstock, and the patterned paper is K & Co. I created a hat pin with Swarovski crystals and faux pears. A bow and dots of Stickles in the flower centres wrap it up.

After you check out the QKR blog, please visit my blog, Paper Crazy Lady, for more ideas. Thanks, Deb
